I have been part of the Central Florida Early Childhood community for more than thirty years, serving as a DCF trainer, an ECE & CDA® trainer, and as a childcare executive director leading the center to accreditation. My purpose is to support ECE professionals through diversified services tailored to individual needs.

CDA® Training
We offer hybrid and on-site training for all age settings. Infant-Toddler, Preschool, Birth to Five, and Family Child Care. This training includes assembling the Professional Portfolio. Bilingual specialization available.
Since 1985 the Council for Professional Recognition has administered CDA® assessment and credentialing of early care and learning professionals.

If you just need mentoring and help assembling your Professional Portfolio, we are here to help you throughout the entire process.
Program Accreditation Coaching/Mentoring
We provide you with all the resources needed to complete your accreditation self-study. This includes coaching in preparing your portfolio, classroom, and program to meet standards and indicators.
Parent/Family Engagement
We offer ideas and customized workshops to enhance parent/family engagement in your program.
Professional Development
We offer customized training and capacity building services for employers and program leaders looking to invest in their employees. This includes child development, appropriate and effective practices, leadership development, communication skills, team building, and more.
